Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes! We pride ourselves on all of our jewellery being 100% waterproof.
Will your jewellery turn green over time?
No! Our jewellery comes with a promise against tarnishing over time - this means your jewellery will continue to look as good as its first wear.
What is your production time?
We aim to ship all of our orders between 1-2 working days (excluding weekends).
How do I look after my jewellery?
All of our orders come with a care card explaining how to keep your jewellery in tip-top condition.
For deep cleaning, this can be done with warm, mild soapy water.
We also recommend avoiding direct contact with perfume.
What is your jewellery made from?
All of our jewellery is made with premium materials. Starting with a stainless steel base we heavily plate 18k gold & 14k gold with the PVD method.
Do you offer personalisation?
Unfortunately we are not currently offering personalisation on our jewellery however please pop us a message and we would be more than happy to add a special touch to your order.
Do you include receipts?
To do our bit for the planet we've opted for a paperless receipt process so there will be no paper receipt in your parcel.
