Shipping Policy 

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 working days (excluding weekends) to process your order. Expect a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Upon being shipped, another email will follow for shipping instructions including the tracking link and further details of your order. 

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends) using a Royal Mail delivery service. Our standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 working days). For faster shipping, please select Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 working day). Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders within the UK (£).

Free Shipping for orders over £70. 

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to all countries excluding India, China and Russia.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. We will be happy to assist with a replacement for the item or complete a refund.

We do not accept returns on any of our earrings due hygiene reasons.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@houseoflamore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
